**Descriptions**:
Ensure effective co-ordination of all hospitality functions and communicate all information to the operations team in a timely manner
Ensure day to day operations of the hospitality establishment
Assist with the planning of events
Ensure that all facilities (office and guesthouse) are clean and presentable at
all times
Manage employee schedules and job functions
Process supplier invoices, reconsolidate invoices and submit for payment
Arrange delivery for orders
Create and maintain planning programmes for events
Be the main point of contact for incoming calls to the hospitality department
Manage stock and recordkeeping
Coordinate the booking of boardrooms
Generate and submit sales reports
Perform any reasonable duties as requested by the Manager

**Qualifications**:
Grade 12/Matric
Qualification in hospitality management and/ or administration or a related
field
Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ proven experience in the hospitality industry or related
field
