He is unorganised and battles to figure out the Google classroom and what needs to be done. He needs constant guidance.
His time organisation is poor, and we need to keep on top of the Google classroom and him.
It is best for the tutor to first figure out the work needed to be done, draw up a list, discuss it with him and then cross them off as they finish each task. He responds well to that, knowing exactly what he needs to do.
Tutor needs to plan assignments so that they finish in time.
Plan a weekly timetable to make notes on work covered during the week so as to be ready for exams.
**Requirements**: Special Needs Experience ie: knowing how to motivate him to do the work, he often needs 10 minute breaks before continuing. He can get demotivated and shut down.
Maybe a 25 year old will relate better to Kosta. Maybe a male as they can chat about boy things and video games etc. But open to male and female.
Kosta loves to play electronic games. He is confident in his space. Does not really like going out unless his school friends are with him. And even that he likes to come home within 3 hours. He needs to be approached with confidence and clarity. Stick to the schedule and you'll get the best out of him. He works quickly just to get the task done.
I would get the tutor involved with his teachers so that they have a direct line of contact and discuss concerns or any issues with the work.
**Salary**: R200 - R250 per hour
