Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager with 3-5 years' experience in a thriving 4- or 5-star Hotel/Lodge environment

*Requirements:*
- 3 to 5 years' hands-on F&B experience
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
- Basic financial understanding
- Banqueting & Conferencing experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer skills in MS Office
- Working knowledge of POS, Stock & PMS systems (OPERA, Micros)
- Valid RSA Driver's license
- Excellent track record in previous roles

- Development & Implementation of F&B Procedures
- Equipment and Stock control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Respond to client inquiries and/or complaints
