**Responsibilities**:

- Standardized laboratory methodologies
- Managed laboratory ingredients, store and equipment
- Sampled raw materials, packaging & finished products
- Tested non-routine raw materials, packaging & finished products
- Analysed & computed data & recorded information
- Applied laboratory hygiene & safety procedures
- Reports writing, training and internal auditing

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Food Technology/ Food Science/ Bio Chemistry
- 3-4 Years Experience
- Organised own work
- Applied practices, policies, standards, procedures and methods
- Resolved work area problems
- Reported progress
- Adhered to legal requirements
- Maintained internal stakeholder relations
- Satisfied 'customers'
- Maintained manager and peer relationships
- Communicated work related information
