As a Tile Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tile installation projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise in tile installation techniques. The Tile Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and oversee tile installation projects.
- Lead a team of installers, ensuring work meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain standards.
- Manage resources efficiently to meet project timelines.
- Foster positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in tile installation and project management.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certifications or training preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: R7 500,00 - R45 662,10 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
