A challenging but exciting position exists for a highly skilled HR Practitioner with suitable qualifications in a well-established chemical manufacturing company based in Kempton Park.

**Purpose of the job**

The HR Practitioner is a HR Professional with extensive experience in the full employee life cycle and best practices in human resources. HR Administration as sound knowledge of HR processes, especially the ability to execute on multiple contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification in HR - bachelor’s degree -NQF 6 (required)
- Advanced Diploma in HR - NQF 7 (advantage)
- BCEA and all relevant HR legislation
- BBBEE act
- Basic understanding of EE and SDA

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years proven working experience of HR systems - SAGE 300 People
- Minimum 5 years proven working experience in HR processes, trend analysis, reporting and implementing best practices across all HR practices.
- Knowledge of IR processes
- Must have worked in a unionized environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation and critical thinking skills
- Proven knowledge of the Performance management process

**Knowledge / skills/ Competencies**
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- SAGE 300 People
- Report writing skills.
- Knowledge of LRA, BCEA and related HR legislation
- Sound recruitment and selection skills.
- Planning and organizational skills
- Presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity
- Able to handle conflict
- Pro-active approach

- Analytical skills.

**Reporting structure**:

- This position reports to the **HR Business Partner.**

**Personal Circumstances**:

- Must be able to obtain a satisfactory medical report from the companies’ medical centre.

**Salary**: R400K basic per annum, highly negotiable depending on experience (market related)

**Salary**: R350,000.00 - R400,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- BCEA and all relevant HR legislation: 1 year (required)
- BBBEE act: 1 year (required)
- Basic understanding of EE and SDA: 1 year (required)
- Knowledge of IR processes: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:
