**Qualifications**:

- Matric with a relevant qualification
- 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Computer literate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and timely entry of data into company databases.
- Maintenance and organisation of electronic and physical files
- Creation, distribution, and organization of various documents such as invoices, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with wages and payroll input, distribution of payslips and attend to queries and maintaining employee records
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Support different departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, personnel, and other relevant information.
- Effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Handling internal and external queries professionally.
- General office management duties to ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Coordination of office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and assist in the preparation of materials.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

**Salary**: From R8,999.00 per month
