**Senior Corporate Travel Consultant (Film/Travel)**

**Start Date: January 1, 2023**

Relevant degree from a recognised university Able to work in Galileo +10 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant required Experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant with Clientele in the Film, Media and Entertainment Industry. Proficiency in Amadeus & Quicktrav Experience working with HNW (High-Net Worth) Clientele Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies Sound knowledge of fares and rules for both domestic and international travel Understanding travel policies and procedures Ability to work in a high intensity environment Ability to learn and adapt to new systems Good communication skills and a team player Strong customer engagement driven through person to person ethos. Ability to meet deadlines, targets and attention to detail critical Well organised and reliable An analytical mind with strong business acumen Demonstrable ability to handle crises, high stress periods of 3-4 months Willingness to go the extra mile Target driven Willingness to improve knowledge through training Responsibilities Issue full domestic and multi sector international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc. Build and manage client base via different enquiry channels and data-mining to drive repeat and referral business Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (accomodation, flights, transport.) and operations Ability to calculate round the world fares Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, etc. Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material Do we spark your interest?
