An exciting opportunity exists for a **Sales Consultant **at **CIRO** in East London. This role requires a dynamic, outgoing individual with the drive to join our enthusiastic sales team. You would be working with quality brands that enrich our clients' lives.
**Line Manager**: Regional Manager
**Job Specification**:
**Key Performance Areas**:
- Management of the East London Regional Office
- Achievement of monthly sales, volume and margin targets, and call cycles
- Superior customer service relationships
- Creation of a targeted customer prospect list with the Sales Manager based on volume requirements per product category for the year and strategic requirements across all channels
- Achieve the agreed growth forecasted for the fiscal year by the Area Manager
- Completion of new business development:
- Initial contact
- Assessment of needs
- Proposal of a tailored solution
- Guiding on implementation, if necessary with the prospective customer.
- Ensure that agreements concluded with the target list are commercially sound and viable
- Present at each installation and complete customer solutions training on the day of installation or alternative work with the technician and training department to schedule in-house training
- Extensive traveling is required from time to time
- Measurement in sales will be completed in the following manner:
- Monthly 1 on 1
- Structured tracking against a target list
- Reaching set quarterly volume targets
- Meeting Call cycle targets
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- 3 - 5 years experience in a Sales role with a proven track record in new business development
- FMCG knowledge or Food and Beverage background
**Qualifications**:
- Completed Grade 12
**Additional Requirements**:
- A valid driver’s license - Non-negotiable
- Ability to travel extensively - Non-negotiable
