Welder/fabricator

Job Purpose: This is a permanent vacancy for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual. The successful incumbent must be punctual, hardworking and a team player. This individual will fabricate and weld gates and burglar bars.

Inherent requirements: A minimum of 5 years of working experience in welding and fabricating gates and burglar bars; Welding experience in co2.

Duties: Making a gate from a drawing with measurements; Operate welding and gate-making machinery and tools; Routine machinery and equipment maintenance as instructed; Routine workshop maintenance as instructed; Hard manual labour.

Competencies: Knowledge of burglar bars and gate-making; Adaptable and flexible attitude in a highly pressurised and stressful working environment; Able to follow instructions in a meticulous manner.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
