An established, corporate FMCG Company is wishing to appoint a Cashbook Controller at their Head Office who will report directly to the Financial Account and interact with banks and branches nationally.

**Perform the following functions daily for a number of branches**:

- Downloading of bank statements into MS Excel
- Coding of bank statements to customer accounts in MS Excel
- Import of cashbook from MS Excel into Great Plains
- Reconcile Cashbook
- Communicate all queries to the branch
- Assist the branch to resolve queries before closing off the cashbook for the day
- Assist with day-to-day issues as required by management

**Experience**
- At least 2 years’ experience in office administration
- Knowledge of the Cashbook
- Computer literacy preferably with Great Plains
- Advanced computer literacy in MS Excel would be an advantage

**Qualifications**
- At least a Matric/Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification in accounts will be beneficial

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
