**JOB PURPOSE**

Responsible to drive and influence the achievement of sales and promotions targets through effective leadership and support of sales supervisors

**Responsibilities**

**Client & Customer Management (External)**
- Build strong relationships by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure UBELONG agents and Team Leaders are educated in the T3 product services and features
- Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries and effectively handling customer, team leader and UBELONG agent complaints if any at promotions

**Operations Management**
- Responsible for the execution and adherence of operational processes and procedures for effective and efficient UBELONG team operations
- Identify opportunities and weaknesses within territories
- Help log calls for the T3SA App if necessary
- Help log calls when Rica is not working
- Guide the Sales Reps, Team Leaders and UBELONG agents on the correct way to allocate stock from the APP and manage their ‘’stock’’
- Responsible for ensuring all Sales Reps, Team Leader and UBELONG agents reports are sent through daily
- Responsible to follow up on all reports if not submitted
- Continually look for opportunities to hire new Team Leaders and UBELONG Agents
- Ensure company brand materials/assets and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
- Manage inventory and stock including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders & business partners

**Building Capability**
- Build capability through the development of a UBELONG operations team
- Continually educate the Agents and supervisors on the importance of loading airtime on the sims
- Ensure Supervisors can use the T3SA APP efficiently
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training in the field
- Provide support and guidance on career path planning, on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring to direct reports

**Leadership and Direction**
- Drive and meet sales targets through support and coaching of the team
- Provides encouragement to team members including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training and skill checks
- Develop strategies to develop team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Manage Supervisors on a day-to-day basis
- Through effective inspirational leadership, facilitate the creation of accountable, full-service teams who understand and strive to meet the needs of all stakeholders
- Role model behavior and motivate team members in line with the core values
- Develop, promote, and direct the implementation of equal opportunity policies

**Performance Management**
- Take full responsibility for the performance of all direct reports, motivating and managing them in relation to quality standards and agreed on benchmarks and objectives, focusing on all aspects of sound people management

- Collaborate with management to drive objectives
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines

**Sales & Promotions**
- Drive and meet sales targets through the support and coaching of the UBELONG team
- Ensure promotions are done efficiently and effectively
- Produce a 3-month promotional plan together with Supervisors and ensure promotions are done according to the plan
- Report deviations of the plan to Line Manager
- Assist in acquiring of UBELONG agents for promotions together with the Sales Reps and Team Leaders
- New UBELONG Agent developer
- Guide the New UBELONG Agent Developer in potential areas for new agents and ensure new agent strategy is followed
- Ensure that the Sales Reps, Team Leaders and UBELONG Agent always have promotional items and request promotional items when necessary

**Education**
- Matric
- Relevant degree/diploma,

**Experience**
- Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
- Experience in supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes (13 months to 3 years)
