Marite Property Administrators Burgundy require the services of a Finance Administrator within our Residential Property Management Agency:
Qualifications for the position are not a requirement however knowledge of Pastel software would be a great advantage.

The job entails but is not limited to:

- Monthly recon of sectional title scheme books
- Loading of all monthly levies
- Issuing of monthly levy statements
- Assisting with financial queries
- Weekly and monthly payments
- Budgeting

We are looking for the following qualities:

- Hard worker, fast learner
- Computer literate
- Good with numbers and accounting practice
- Team player
- Willing to work overtime when required

Must have a valid driver's license, own transport and be available immediately.

Please note that we are situated in Burgundy Estate.

Remuneration to be discussed upon interview.
