butchery Manager to take accountability for all operations in a leading food retailer in Inanda. Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key performance areas:

- Control and monitor the quality of all activities and production in the butchery
- Monitor the hygienic and safety processes
- Drive and manage all promotional activities and report on all sales activities of and complete administrative duties
- Manage all stock and control receiving
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the meat industry and in a similar role
- Knowledge of meat cuts / products - Knowledge of IR and FMCG principles
- Knowledge of merchandising

Package & Remuneration - R25,000.00 +

Salary to be discussed at interview stage as well

**Salary**: From R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
