· effectively supervise the maintenance and repair functions of the complex, ensuring work is of a high quality standard and completed on time

· Efficiently order and control machine parts, spares and operating supplies for the staff.

· Willing to work irregular hours for services on complex

· Computer proficiency for Data capturing Electricity, water, gas meter readings and reports are a must.

· ensure employees (training), buildings (standards) and equipment (operating efficiency) meet the relevant safety requirements in terms of the OHS Act and any other relevant regulations

· Roster, build and supervise a competent and motivated maintenance team

· Ensure electricians and maintenance staff are on duty for every shift, and stand in to provide uninterrupted business operation where required.

· drive the corporate culture and values across the maintenance department

· Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.

· Willing to do standby during Power outages

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4); NTC 3 Electrical HC (N6) qualification from a recognized further training institution registered with the department of education, recognized apprenticeship, Qualified Electrician as recognized by the department of labour; Valid Wireman’s License, valid code 08 driver’s license. Good practical supervisory skills and at least 3 years’ experience in maintenance.
