**Minimum requirements**- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Drill Rig Operator Certificate and/or License
- Bolter Operator Certificate and/or License
- EB Drivers’ License
- Sound verbal and written communication skills in English
- Blasting Certificate (Advantageous)
- At Least 4 years drilling experience on trackless mining operation
- Experience in training Drill Operators and monitoring their performance
- Good knowledge and experience of mechanised mining operations
- Proven track record of production achievements
- Operating a Twin Boom drill rig with split feeds, drilling the development end face and capable of installing weld mesh and split sets as well as drilling and installing quick-chem resin bolts with the same machine
- Medically fit for underground work
