Our Company, Proximity Healthcare, is a leading provider of **temporary healthcare staffing solutions**, connecting healthcare professionals with top-notch medical facilities across the country. We are seeking a **talented** and **results-driven** **Recruitment Manager** to join our team and oversee our sales floor while managing the recruitment operations for our temporary healthcare agency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the healthcare industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs and providing them with tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and select qualified healthcare professionals for temporary assignments, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate rates, and manage the onboarding process for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination between sales, recruitment, and administrative functions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the temporary healthcare staffing landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, preferably within a temporary healthcare recruitment agency.
- Demonstrated success in managing a team of salespeople and achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in temporary staffing and recruitment practices.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and motivational leadership style.
