**Estate Manager Vacancy**

**(Fixed-Term Contract)**

Applications are invited from goal driven persons with a Relevant Tertiary Education and a minimum of five (5) years supervisory/management experience to share in wide ranging challenges at an evolving residential estate.

The successful applicant will have a proven record with interpersonal skills to deal with Directors, owners, contractors and security.

The applicant will fulfil the role of Estate Manager of the estate and help execute the wishes and demands of HOA.

The applicant will proactively work with Directors, owners, contractors, and security to plan and coordinate the services provided by external service providers.

Strong organisational skills with a working knowledge of computers and administrative competencies are essential.

The challenges will suit persons with sound technical backgrounds to meet operational criteria involving building, construction, mechanical appreciation, and an ability to be a team builder. Knowledge of the Health & Safety Act would be an advantage.

While the position offers a competitive salary, applicants must preferably live in Hartbeespoort or surrounding area, must have the drivers’ licence and their own transport.
