We are recruiting for a Shift Boss.
- **Duties and Requirements**
Underground coal mine with minimum of 2 yrs working experience as a shift boss or minimum of 5yrs experience as a miner
- Able to carry legal liability in accordance with MHSA for 2.15.1 appointment
- Must have blasting certificate for underground coal mining
- Have valid driving license
- Minimum qualification is Grade 10
- Ensure best in class safety performance and continuous improvement of key safety metrics to maintain required SHE compliance
- Provide on job training and coaching on his/her area of responsibility
- Enforce discipline on his/her area of responsibility
- Must have experience on belts and seals construction
- Must have gas testing certificate (8 gases) and first aid certificate
- Be able to motivate his/her team to reach target
