Grower Gauteng

**Proudly South African household brand and crop producer is in search of a Grower. Agriculture/Horticulture qualification and a minimum 5 year's industry experience required. Based in Johannesburg region.**

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 compulsory, Diploma in Agricultural/ Horticulture and tertiary agricultural or related qualification an added benefit
- Knowledge of the Health and Safety and Quality legislation
- Basic knowledge of biology
- Management Development Training will be advantageous.
- 5 Years’ experience in a mushroom production/horticultural environment
- Excellent MS Office, some exposure to Syspro or other stock software

**Duties**:

- Manage the growing process (Farm scheduling, operations, processes and quality yield)
- Manage Costs (materials & chemicals, labour costs & overtime in line with budget)
