This reputable private investment bank is looking for a Specialised Lending Transactor to join their team in Johannesburg.

**Job & Company Description**

**Education**:

- CA(SA) preferred/ other Finance related post-graduate qualification
- CFA qualification beneficial

**Job experience & skills required**
- 2-3 years’ experience in specialised / leverage/ acquisition finance, private equity or corporate finance
- Financial modelling acumen
- Entrepreneurial with a real desire to work in investment banking
- Commercial sense and sound business acumen
- Excellent work ethic regarding client service
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Financial modelling acumen
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and handle a high volume of work
