National transport company in Blackheath area is seeking to employ an experience Branch Operator to join their busy team

Main requirements:
Grade 12

Valid Driver’s license

Duties, but not limited to:
organizing and controlling a fleet of rental commercial and specialised vehicles such as cranes, tail-lifts and refrigerated trucks.

planning and pre-booking as well as managing deliveries, collections and damages.

monitoring vehicle services and COF schedules in addition to managing driver fatigue.

admin tasks involve invoice costings, vehicle movement, generating rental agreements and calculating fuel consumption and fuel recovery charges
