- Assist in managing reservations and guest inquiries.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.

*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for the culinary arts and a genuine enthusiasm for guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hospitality or culinary-related certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment preferred.
