**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric
- MCSE or other relevant qualification
- MS Azure
- 5+ years working experience in Microsoft Server and Linux environment
- O365 experience
- SharePoint and automation experience
- Virtualised environment experience
- Database setup and management experience (MYSQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
- Proven experience as service technician
- LAN and WAN experience
- Firewall experience
- Linux
- MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- End user support

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Pro-active server management
- Open communication to the team
- Effective escalation management
- New system implementation and adherence to best practices
- Full backup management
- Patch and security management on server environment
- Database management and administration
- Virtual environment management
- Physical server management
- Enhanced monitoring and event log analysis
- Capacity, service and performance management of server and database environment

**WORKING HOURS**

08h00 to 16h30 (Monday to Friday)_Overtime as and when required_
