A leading organization within the Insurance Sector seeks your expertise and understanding of **Commercial Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Key accounts and External Sales **to secure this opportunity and be trained to be a **Commercial Broker who sells Commercial Insurance products designed for businesses.**

**The roles require very strong sales and negotiation skills**

**Location**: Bedfordview or Centurion
- **Salary**:

- Retainer ranges from R 22 000- R35 000/m, plus commission
- Petrol Car
- Medical Aid and pension fund
- Laptop with 3G

**Responsibilities in the Role**:
Build your own insurance portfolio by:

- **Being able to prospect for new clients through networking, Cold calling, and door - door canvasing for new business.**:

- Effective communication with both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct a comprehensive risk evaluation for the client.
- Providing solutions to clients by selling commercial short term insurance products aligned to the needs of the client.
- Drafting, tracking and measurement of your personal business plan.
- Providing on-going service and support to your individual client base (amendments, renewals, claims etc.).
- Retention of existing business including renewal discussion in line with FAIS
- Developing internal/external relationships with clients.
- Continuous building of your client base, hence securing future income.
- Keeping abreast with the commercial insurance market changes and developments.
- Achieving/Exceeding targets consistently
- Providing feedback to line management when requested.
- Attending all weekly and ADHOC team meetings.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders that is, underwriting/actuarial, claims as well as surveying.

**Required Qualification and Experience**:

- Qualification and Experience if you **are NOT from the Financial Services **Sector.
- Completed **Matric or National Senior Certificate**:

- **Must have your own reliable transport and Valid Driver’s license**:

- 2 years insurance External Sales; Sourcing, Canvassing and Cold Calling for new sales and clients.

**if you have worked in the Financial Services Sector ie you have a DOFA**
- **Essential Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate**:

- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Dofa)
- RE5 (depending on Dofa)
- Completed **Matric or National Senior Certificate**:

- **Must have your own reliable transport and Valid Driver’s license**:

- 2 years insurance External Sales; Sourcing, Canvassing and Cold Calling for new sales and clients.

**Should you not have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license, you will not be considered for this role.**

**Salary**: R22,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
