As an IR Admin Support, you will be an integral part of the IR team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of industrial relations functions. Your contributions will help to promote positive employee relations, uphold compliance standards, and contribute to the overall success of the organization in achieving its objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or industrial relations.

2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Calendar

4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
