Our retail and wholesale group based in Phoenix has a new exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify top talent.
- Facilitate the process of external assessments & technical assessments
- Schedule interviews and serve as the HC representative in all initial interviews and where required
- Negotiate job offers and manage the final stages of the recruitment process.

**Experience and Skill Attributes**
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of different recruitment techniques and tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualification**
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- An HR related tertiary qualification

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
