**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
To operate and maintain the guillotine machine to ensure for the highest quality standards, whilst maintaining
production deadlines.

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Precisely follow instructions on work tickets and accurately read and understand “10-point checklist”
- Maintain machine to specific guidelines set out by the supplier & Hirt & Carter
- Ensure all safety devices are working prior to running the machine
- Ensure adherence to quality measures
- Ensure trimmed stacks are labelled with the correct description as per the work ticket
- Adherence to scheduled maintenance plan
- Adherence to housekeeping standards, SHE & OSH act requirements with a “ZERO INJURY” culture compliance

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Matric or equivalent qualification with at least 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced

production environment
- Knowledge of Computers and Finishing Technologies
- Basic computer skills
