Scrum Master

Tech Genius is looking for a highly organised, excellent problem solving Web Tester/Scrum Master that has at least 2 years experience in the IT Industry.

Tech Genius's employees are creative, analytical and driven. We are looking for someone to act as a facilitator who ensures that the project team follows the in-tasked processes. This individual is the liaison between all persons included in a project, removing obstacles and distractions that may impede the team's progress.

You will be required to maintain, support, design, develop, test, implement, and integrate systems to scale as required. You will also be required to research and implement new technologies and best practices. You need to be a strong team player, and able to take initiative and function in stressful situations. Must be willing to learn and be open to guidance and constructive feedback from other senior team members and architects.

It is a requirement that you are equipped and able to work from home for this role. Including reliable internet access.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Ability to plan testing of Applications
- Ability to methodically & thoroughly test Applications & document issues
- Ability to lead daily stand-up meetings with teams (Agile / Scrum)
- High attention to detail
- Resilient mindset
- Good communication skills

**Availability requirements**:

- 80+ hours per month
- Regularly available between 8:00 - 17:00 for Zoom Meetings/ Phone calls
