The Secretariats Office is recruitng for an Office Manager with 5 to 8 years of professional administrative experience in working with Executives or senior management

**Qualifications**:

- National Diploma or Degree in Management, Office Management & Technology, or relevant administrative qualification
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day activities by giving administrative support to the Board.
- Booking travel and accommodation, facilitate payments of Board members.
- Coordination of board committee meetings and minute taking of committee meetings/follow up on action items.
- Facilitate engagements of the Chairperson and the Board with external Stakeholders and prepare the
- Chairperson’s briefing notes before meetings.
- Provide "gatekeeper" role, or smooth communication between the Commissioner, Company Secretary,
- Stakeholders and Board to maintain credibility, trust, and support to the Chairperson.
- Manage the Board calendar in consultation with the Company Secretary.
- Keep the Chairperson informed of his weekly engagements in advance.
- Signing off on official documents and reports as instructed by the Chairperson.
- Providing adhoc administrative support to the Company Secretary office and other board members.

**Required Competencies and Skills**:

- Be capable of undertaking research
- Speech drafting/report writing
- Attending to correspondence both internal and external
- Ability to prepare reports as required by CS and Chairperson of the Board
