We are searching for a Travel Assistant to join our team The Travel Assistant's main responsibility would be to provide operational support to our team of Travel Consultants, contributing to ensuring that all travel arrangements are accurately and timeously delivered.

This is a full time position that is immediately available on a fixed term basis until 30 October 2023.

The position will be based in our office in Westville, Durban.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Capturing of client information in our system
- Preparing client documentation
- Preparing Visas
- Reconfirming services with suppliers
- Supplier invoicing and preparing of payments
- Handling general queries

**Requirements**:
**Qualification**:

- Grade 12
- A Travel and Tourism qualification is highly preferable

**Experience and skills required**:

- Related work experience
- Experience working within reservations systems
- Strong computer literacy

**Attributes**:

- Organized and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work towards and meet deadlines
- Multi-tasking whilst maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy
- Prioritizing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
