**Job purpose**

**Provides an administration service related to letting of rental units**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Onsite at the Communicare office during office hours Monday to Friday
- Available for after-hours campaigns when required to do so
- May be required to work at properties when required to do so
- Must be equipped with rent stock available and sales information to be able to provide information to applicants
- Receives all leads from CRM and Marketing
- Categorises leads by area, rental, property, and typology - whichever is applicable by the information provided by the applicant
- Keeps and maintains a leads tracker which includes approved applicants and reasons for declining
- Responsible to provide stats of leads, leads sources and conversion rates etc.
- Responds to all leads via phone with a basic screening questionnaire.
- Follows through with viable leads, determined by the answers to the questionnaire with arranging a viewing with the Leasing Consultant

**Qualifications and job requirements**
- Minimum1 year administration experience in Property
- Computer Literate ( CRM, MDA, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Sound attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must have excellent time management skill.
