Country Manager

We are currently helping my client to find a professionary to join their team in South Africa.
They have been dedicated to the power tool industry for 30 years, with over 5,000 employees globally and products sold and distributed in more than 60 countries worldwide, achieving sales of approximately 1 Billion USD.
Currently, they have business operations in over 10 countries in Africa and are now looking to focus on developing the South African market. Therefore, they are seeking to recruit a talented individual to join their dynamic team and together create greater value.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Channel Development: Establish and expand sales channels, including supermarket chains, hypermarkets like Walmart, local retail chains, and import trade partners to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
2. Market Penetration: Utilize your experience to help the brand enter new markets, understanding the processes involved in introducing new products and contributing to significant market expansion.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, utilizing your extensive experience in the power tool and related sectors to identify opportunities for growth.
4.Relationship Management: Forge and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners, leveraging your network and resources to secure and expand business collaborations.
5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve sales approaches.
**Qualifications**:
2. Channel Resources: Possess a strong network of channel resources, including supermarket chains, hypermarkets, local retail chains, and import trade partners.
3. Market Entry Expertise: Proven track record of helping brands enter new markets from scratch (0-1), with a clear understanding of the processes involved in introducing new products.
4. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.
Pay: R75 000,00 - R130 000,00 per month
