Our client, based in Pretoria East, is looking for a dedicated and trustworthy individual to take on the care of their children. This position will entail 50% childcare with a 50% function of administrative duties.

**Minimum Requirement**:

- Matric.
- Previous experience working with children is essential.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the daily supervision and monitoring of the children.
- Continuously remaining aware of their physical and emotional needs and safety.
- Provide meals and organise mealtimes and snacks for the child.
- Ensure the child always maintains good hygiene.
- Responsible for changing diapers of infant and toddler.
- Develop and implement schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime.
- Update parents on the child’s development and any observed problems the child is having with socialising, learning, or physical activity.
- Keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interests.
- Keep all meal, nap, and activity areas clean and well-organised.
- Transporting children to extramural activities.
- Submission of monthly developmental programs and progress reports.

**Administration Assistant Duties**:

- Medico-Legal report writing.
- Incorporation of specialist assessment reports.
- Addendum and joint minute reporting.
- Submission of a progress report and relevant documentation regarding current and past projects.
- Any additional administration tasks.
