As a UI Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of products while supporting our client. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces. This position demands a deep understanding of user interface design principles, advanced technical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Define and implement UI architecture and frameworks that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Develop scalable and maintainable front-end solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.
- Ensure designs are implemented accurately and enhance the overall user experience.
- Lead the development of complex UI components and modules.
- Stay updated with the latest UI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues and bugs promptly.

**Experience and qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI development and architecture.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Hands on experience in developing and designing Lightning 2.0/Lightning 3.0 UI.
- Excellent understanding of UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with mobile-first and responsive design.
- Familiarity with backend technologies and full-stack development.
- Experience with performance optimisation tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
