**Opportunity**: Administration Clerk

We seek to appoint 2 Administration Clerks ,1 in uGu and 1 for uThukela Districts of Operation, to perform a variety of financial administrative tasks and Human Resource duties by ensuring proper financial support documents are submitted.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12/ Senior Certificate with relevant experience in this field;
- Sound interpersonal skills;
- Computer literate-Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Attention to detail;
**Job functions**
- Serve as a point of contact for clients;
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filling out forms and filing;
- Collect, sort and properly catalogue invoices, receipts, and vouchers;
- Ensure proper monthly filling of supporting documents;
- Assist senior Accounting Personnel with any other tasks critical towards meeting the obligation of the Financial & Accounting Department
- Ensure updated systems for filing and inventory;
- Maintains and organizes meeting schedules; where applicable
- Attend meetings to take notes and write minutes;
- Take inventory and order materials, supplies, and services as needed;
- Handle Human Resource duties, including to manage and update internal databases e.g.; Leave, Attendance registers
- Asset counts on Monthly basis.

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
