**Purpose:Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage project costs under your control.
- Be part of the team that decides and design projects.
- Conduct physical work regarding the installation.
- Liaise with contractors and internal labour regarding deliveries.
- Ensure proper record keeping of project parameters and designs are filled.
- Ensure that breakdowns are repaired efficiently, and the engineering section is supervised and runs smoothly.**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualification and Experience Requirements**
- Millwright trade test certificate (N3 Red seal)
- 5 Years minimum experience in planning projects.
- 5 years minimum experience in the execution of projects.
- 2 years of proven experience with programming of PLC’s and drives.
- 5 years’ experience in planning, understanding layout, assembly, and machine.
- 5 years’ experience in coordinating project contractors and internal labour, proven experience to meet projects deadline.
- Experience in project file management.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Have a technical understanding of wire drawing and stranding machines.
- Be able to convert concepts into practical solving techniques.
- Understand project management requirements and deliveries.
