To drive the strategy towards customer centric solutions through product management and deliberate customer value proposition development ensuring practice integration and operational implementation through customer experience frameworks to ensure the achievement of product portfolio management objectives and business targets are met.
**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - Bachelor of Commerce
- Experience - 5 to 8 years experience in a similar environment of which 3 t 4 years ideally at management
- Additional Knowledge - Product and income statement management
- Product life cycle / value chain
- Customer value proposition development and management
- Customer experience management
- Customer life cycle knowledge
- CVM experience
- Banking products and interfaces
- Internal system knowledge
- Sales strategies and target setting

**responsibilities**:
- Develop new credit value propositions and enablement processes portfolio revenue growth
- Develop tactical plans to drive revenue growth
- Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions
- Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture
- Manage and lead strategic projects
- Align business process to strategy and clients
- Integrate business information, and compare, analyse and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes
- Design and implement new or cutting-edge systems, solutions and processes and initiate innovations and changes aligned to business strategy
- Implement client retention strategies effectively and report on the effectiveness thereof for future improvement
- Define, develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards and frameworks to efficiently manage practice and provide thought leadership
- Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership
- Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence
