DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and transfer telephone calls.
- Transcribe telephonic messages.
- Welcome visitors.
- Filing.
- Photo copying.
- Receive parcel deliveries.
- Vehicle licensing and COF administration, reconciliation and filing.
- Update daily reports on FMS and Magic Eye.
- Process, scan, and distribute POD’s.
- Filing and archiving of POD’s.
- Provide assistance to resolve POD queries.
- Provide assistance with HR related administration.
SOFT SKILLS- BEHAVIOURS/ PERSONAL COMPETENCES:
- Good communication and co-operation skills.
- Good administrative skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Manage time effectively by setting priorities through productive time management and availability.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- Develop and maintain two-way communication with a variety of people at different levels.
HARD SKILLS-BACKGROUND / TECHNICAL COMPETENCE:
- Matric
- IT knowledge: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Others: English - Excellent level of English language, both written and spoken
WORKING HOURS:
07h30 - 16h30 (Mondays to Friday’s)
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Olifantsfontein, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Certificate (required)
**Experience**:
- Transport and Logistics: 5 years (required)
- Procurement: 5 years (preferred)
- IT Knowledge: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
