A large têxtile company is seeking an experienced HR officer to join their dynamic team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Industrial Relations**
- Initiating disciplinary hearings
- Attending ccma cases
- Assist with disciplinary processes and grievance procedures
- Issuing of notice of termination documents and warnings
- Assist with labor relations advice regarding policies and procedures.
- Facilitate hearing outcomes
- **HR Administration**
- Issuing of UIF documents
- Processing of maternity leave
- Filing
- Compiling contract of employments and offer letters
- Provide staff with confirmation of employment letters, service letters, etc. as required
- Printing and folding of weekly pay slips
- Updating company organogram
- Compiling of staff job descriptions
- Implementation and creation of new policies and procedures
- Monthly employee evaluations managing under performance within the workplace
- Scheduling employee wellness programs for staff
- **Recruitment**
- Drafting Job description and specification for new roles
- Posting of adverts
- Conducting IQ test for staff and reference checks
- Onboarding and induction of all staff
- **Remuneration and Benefits**
- Loading new staff on payroll and clocking system
- Extracting daily absenteeism reports
- Checking daily exception clocking report
- Processing of weekly and monthly payroll for 400+ staff
- Termination of employees
- Leave administration for all staff
- Resolving any payroll discrepancies
- Compiling month end reports such as provident fund, council levies, union fees and garnishee reports with reconciliation for Finance team
- Submitting UIF declaration report
- Submitting EMP201 report to finance department
- Maintaining and updating EE and Payroll system on a monthly basis
- Overseeing the provident fund administration
- submitting of withdrawal documents to the fund
- Completion of funeral and death claim documentation
- Compilation of staff bonus schedules
- Assist with casual wages
- Compiling daily absenteeism reports and late coming
- Shift Rostering staff on a weekly basis
- **Statutory Compliance**
- Input on the implementation of the Employment Equity Plan
- Support the HR Manager in EE minutes
- Collate information and documents for DOL inspections
- Compiling IOD documentation and registering claims on comp easy
- Oversee health and safety issues and compliance
- Legislative reporting collection of information for EEA2,EEA4
- **Training**
- Schedule training for staff
- Compile training rosters for all new staff
- Assist with WSP and ATP plans
- Completion of documentation for learnerships

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Minimum 4 years HR experience
- BCom degree
- Pastel payroll experience
- Clocking system experience preferably uniclox

**Salary**: R1,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
