- Networks to improve the Presence, Reputation, Brand, and Culture of the Aluminium Division within the Group of Companies.
- In creating and implementing strategies, improves productivity and sales performance to exceed the Strategic and Financial targets of the Division
- Grows Sales without sacrificing customers’ satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains strong and lasting customer relationships
- Manages, develops, and leads strong Sales teams
- Adhere to a high ethical standard and ensures that all company procedures and policies are implemented within the Branch.
- Directs all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of experience in managing an Aluminum Division in a business
- Technical knowledge of Aluminum Architectural products (Windows and Doors)
- Good communication skills
- History of managing various aspects and teams in a business (administrative, manufacturing, instillation etc.)
- Eye for detail in connection with quality control of installations and manufacturing
