Our client requires the services of a **S4HA Infrastructure & Architecture Project Manager**.

The Infrastructure and Architecture Manager will be the single point of contract for the project team and customer base, manage escalations, risks, actions, dependencies and ensure that project governance is upheld in the Infrastructure and Architecture stream.

**POSITION**: Contract role for 12 months ad hoc/on demand hours (possible renewal-not guaranteed)

**COMMENCEMENT**: As soon as possible.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **COVID Vaccination Certificate (fully vaccinated).**:

- Behavioral and Technical Competencies - knowledge of architecture models, EUC, Security frameworks, Hardening, Networking.
- Effective communication techniques

- **Project Management Experience 8 years**:

- Skill in analysing complex issues to determine root causes and innovative solutions
- Demonstration of characteristics such as creativity and motivation

- Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization focused on delivering value fast
- Business oriented mind-set with the ability to set and maintain a budget

- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects quickly using agile mindset
- Experienced in project, program, and portfolio management and execution

**THE ROLE**:

- The ability to manage and influence stakeholders including rejecting or saying ‘No’ to additional workload or requests that can hinder project team productivity
- Be an ambassador in program execution. Coach teams regarding the importance of individuals and interactions over processes and tools
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Accountable for delivering in the Infrastructure and Architecture model and communicating the Infrastructure and Architecture needs with business partners
- Inspires, leads, engages, coaches, develops, and motivates a team of people/managers to deliver excellent services to business.
- Ensure that the project team values of commitment, courage, focus, openness and respect are embodied within the project team
- Focus on the alignment of project goals with Business goals and priorities while enabling program delivery
- Engage and build the relationships within the Solutions function and with the business to ensure alignment, unlock value and unleash performance.
- Continuously seek improvements in processes, products and technology within the team, function, and the business to continuously improve quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the change process when improvements are implemented.
- Manage risk and take proactive action where necessary.
- Adhere to the published governance model and communication plan ensuring that these are implemented consistently across the business functions.
- Support with the transition of new services from business into Solutions
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, testing, and training activities.
- Assist with PMO governance tasks.
