**What we're looking for**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target audience segments, determine the appropriate social media channels, and establish measurable objectives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and compelling content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and interactive elements. Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice, aligns with the overall marketing messaging, and resonates with the target audience.
- Community Management: Manage and moderate online communities and social media channels, responding to user comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and customers, effectively handling feedback, resolving issues, and building brand loyalty.
- Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media trends, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports on social media metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and follower growth. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and developers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency across all marketing channels. Coordinate social media activities with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms. Continuously explore new opportunities to leverage social media platforms and techniques to drive business growth and innovation.

**Attributes, qualifications and experience required**
- Marketing degree / qualification preferred.
- 2+ Years experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and advertising capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
