**PURPUSE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide general repair and maintenance functions._

**Requirements**:
Minimum Grade 10

Proven experience in similar role.

Bilingual

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of water distribution systems.

Valid driver’s license Code 08

**Competencies**:
Attention to detail

Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment.

Friendly and helpful

Able to work independently

Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in tight spaces

**Key Results Areas**
**(Include but are not limited to)**:
Respond to maintenance request

Repair or replace broken drainage lines, valves, water geysers etc.

Troubleshoot and fix issues relating to water supply lines.

Adherence to OHS Act and Safety requirements

Housekeeping

Identify and report minor/major repairs or faulty equipment.
