**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To take charge of the company financial and assist in administrative systems.
- To implement secure financial control systems.
- To verify and maintain costs vs revenue policy and procedure.
- To ensure good corporate governance within all spheres of trading activities.
- Establish proper, short, fast and effective procedures within departments regarding administrative workflows.
- Consistently monitor fixed monthly cost vs. revenue and inform management of problems.
- To maintain existing filing systems and to create the relevant filing systems needed which confirm to SARS and CIPRA requirements.
- To ensure system backups happen.
- To follow up and ensure payments are received from clients within the month the work was done.
- To ensure the supplier information documents are maintained.
- To provide management accounts to the CEO by the 3rd working day of each month.
- To provide yearend figures to the accountants within one month of year end for both tax and audit purposes.

**Strong Sage Pastle partner knowledge (**_**not negotiable**_**)**

Suppliers:

- Purchase orders
- Goods received notes
- Supplier invoices

Customer:

- Quotations
- Invoices
- Credit notes.

Stock:
Inventory corrections/ Journals and capturing.

Capture cashbooks.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Sage Pastel Partner.
- Bookkeeping.
- Logisitics (imports & exports).
- Company Vat.
- Min 7+ years experience required.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wynberg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 7 years (required)
