Job purpose:
This role provides advice and support to the line managers and employees through the provision of services across general range of HR activities. It ensures that all aspects of HR support are delivered, including but not limited to:
1. HR Planning

2. Skills Development

3. Performance Management

4. Recruitment

5. Attendance

6. Staff relationship managemet

7. HR supplier management

8. HR daily operations

9. Employment legislations (BCEA, SDA, EEA, UIA, LRA, OHSA, WCA, etc. )

**Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role**
- Relevant Qualification - Bachelors Degree/Diploma in HR or Industrial Psych
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience and successful track record working within the HR
- Mining Industry experience is an added advantage.
- Passion for processes, people development and relationship building
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills (multiple complex analyses simultaneously).
- Good planning and project management skills.

**Salary**: R15,00 - R2 000,00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Phalaborwa, Limpopo: Relocate before starting work (required)
