**Skilled Wood Machinist**

Specialise in the kitchen, furniture and shopfitting industries

Projects will fall into domestic interiors, shopfitting and furniture fields.

Applicants must be able to work with solid timber, boards, glass and synthetic surfaces.

A full understanding of ohasa and a willingness to comply is essential

Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant Qualification
- 5 years in Carpentry
- Extensive knowledge of power tools, including Skill Saw, Mitre Saw and Jigsaw
- Knowledge of Hand tools
- Reading of Joinery Plans and drawing up cutting lists
- Ability to work with a full range of board and timber machining equipment including but not limited to; Spindle Moulders, Surface Planners, thicknessers & C& C Beam.
- Understanding Technical Specifications
- Finish range from High End Kitchens, to rough produced stock room shelving.
- Delivery of top-quality workmanship and anticipate the requirements if joinery artisansRequirements:

- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Arrive at work early and always be at work
- i.e. 7:45
- Willingness to learn
