- Management experience in hotel food and beverage and banquet operations in 4/5* operations
- Well presented and well spoken
- Must have minimum **4 years** as a co-ordinator in 5* luxury property
- Good people skills and be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to work and adapt in an existing team
- Drivers licence / own transport
