**Requirements**:

- NQF 7 (Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma) qualification in Human Resources Management or Labour Law.
- Post graduate qualification will be advantageous
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Human Resource Department
- Relevant computer skills (MS Office)
- Report writing skills
- Analytical with attention to detail
- Good experience and understanding of B-BBBEE requirements
- Effective Conflict Management skill
- Good knowledge and experience with Unions
- Office / Indoor - requires significant travel

**Description**:

- Manage the delivery of human resource objectives and goals.
- Manage the delivery of ongoing generalist services and support (these include recruitment, talent management, ER, Remuneration, organisation management).
- Be involved in recruitment process flow as might be required
- Manage Compliance to relevant legislation i.e. EE Equity submissions, WSD and ATR submissions, etc.
- Provide relevant information for Internal and External Audits
- Operational Systems & Processes
- Standardise human resource generalist practices, services, solutions, systems and processes.
- Implement governance mechanisms for operational systems and processes designed.
- Ensure labour movements and plans are affected in the relevant system / area
- Review and Manage operational systems and processes.
- Identify defects and enhancement alternatives.
- Review, analysis and interpretation of data and information.
- Generation and/or compilation of reports and data sets.
- People Management and Stakeholder Management, Support & Partnering
- Build and maintain healthy and transparent relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain communication structures and channels for information sharing.
- Engagement and ongoing communication with union stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and guidance to stakeholders related to human resource best practices.
- Provide guidance and advice in terms of policies, standards and procedures
