**Matric**
**Basic Computer Skills**
**Diploma in Hospitality Management Advantage**
**Valid Driver’s License, Own Vehicle, Reliable Transport**
**5 years’ experience in 5-star hotel**
**Communicate, control and manage stock. liaise with manager, store man and waiters regarding beverage out of stocks.**
**Needs to be able to follow consistent recipes for cocktails and coffees for guest satisfaction and return of guests.**
**Ensure stock takes are reconciled and variances investigated.**
